Idaho Water Users Association Honors Attorney Norman M. Semanko for Service to the Association

Norman M. Semanko, partner at the Idaho law firm Moffatt Thomas and former IWUA Executive Director, was honored for his years of service to the Idaho Water Users Association at the annual IWUA Summer Water Law & Resource Issues Seminar in Sun Valley in June 2017.
