Tyler J. Anderson to Present “The Trend Toward Proportionality in Discovery” at the 2017 Idaho State Bar Annual Meeting
Moffatt Thomas attorney Tyler J. Anderson will lead a panel discussion on “The Trend Toward Proportionality in Discovery” at the 2017 Idaho State Bar Annual Meeting on July 13, 2017. This CLE is co-sponsored by the Idaho State Bar sections on Employment & Labor Law and Litigation.

Presenters will share ideas for best practices in addition to their personal experiences with regard to raising proportionality arguments.
The Idaho State Bar Annual Meeting is a statewide event that offers members of the ISB opportunities to expand their knowledge base through offered CLE programs, and allows them to discover newfound inspiration and benefit from networking opportunities.
