Moffatt Thomas Water Law Expert, Norm Semanko, Speaks to North Idaho Water Users

Norm Semanko met with the North Idaho Water Rights Alliance (“NIWRA”) and members of the public at two meetings in North Idaho.  February 9, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., Mr. Semanko met with members of NIWRA as well as the public at the Federal Building in St. Maries, Idaho.  On February 10, 2015, Mr. Semanko met with the public at the Kellogg Middle School to a standing-room only crowd.

The North Idaho Water Rights Alliance was formed in August 2014 to protect the water rights of individuals after federal entities filed more than 600 claims for water rights in the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene River Basin.
