Tyler J. Anderson is a shareholder and partner in the Idaho law firm, Moffatt Thomas. Tyler’s practice is focused in the areas of litigation and mediation at both the trial and appellate level, with a primary emphasis on commercial, banking and finance, construction defect, and employment litigation. He has handled numerous banking matters involving diverse issues, including breach of participation agreements, foreclosures, breach of promissory note, breach of guaranty, and lender liability defense. He has represented a wide variety of clients throughout the United States in state and federal courts. His experience in handling various litigated matters for a diverse group of clients allows him to provide seasoned advice based on actual experience.
Marshall S. Major has served as Information Technology Manager for the law firm, Moffatt Thomas, for more than 14 years and he has more than 19 years of experience in law firm IT management. Marshall holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Services from Boise State University, and he earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in MIS and Marketing from the College of Idaho. Marshall is a 2014 award recipient for the IBR Leaders in Law Award Program, in which he was awarded the 2014 Unsung Hero Award. He is a leader in Toastmasters, and his expertise in presentation skills is reflected in the list of recent local and national speaking engagements, including:
