Mr. Cather’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of estate planning, tax and business law, although he has extensive experience in many other areas, including M&A, employment, and real estate law. Prior to joining Moffatt Thomas, Mr. Cather worked with other Idaho law firms. In addition to his law firm experience, he worked at Ernst & Young in Virginia as a Senior Tax Consultant. Mr. Cather is the past President of the Pocatello Estate Planning Council. He is licensed in Idaho as a Certified Public Accountant, inactive.
