Barbara Beck has been a Paralegal with Moffatt Thomas for over 25 years. In her position she performs a wide range of duties including incorporation of businesses and qualification in other states, organization of limited liability companies, dissolutions, mergers, annual reports, trademarks and copyrights, preparation of minutes, UCCs, promissory notes, powers of attorney, audit letters, leases, shareholder agreements, liquor licenses, stock transactions, asset transactions, and refinancing transactions. She also has experience in estate administration, and drafts and files pleadings and tracks each step of the process for the client.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business and has attended numerous CLE seminars on a variety of topics relating to the business area.
Ms. Beck is an honorary lifetime member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and an active member of the Idaho Association of Paralegals.
