Professional Profile
Mr. Radford focuses his practice on helping companies succeed in Idaho’s legal environment, including establishing and supporting Idaho businesses. He also represents these companies in litigation designed to achieve their business objectives.
Mr. Radford’s practice includes experience in real property, land use planning, permitting, commercial leasing, and property tax issues. His practice also includes representing companies on employment issues, competition disputes, and creditors' rights. He also assists businesses resolve disagreements among owners, and disputes involving contracts. Mr. Radford’s practice deals with many of Idaho’s industries, including agriculture, science, real estate, and health care.
Mr. Radford also represents companies litigating the environmental effects of industrial operations, including litigation regarding the health effects of toxic substances and radioactivity.
Mr. Radford has served as Chair of Grow Idaho Falls, Inc., the economic development group for Idaho Falls. He also serves as a member of the Idaho Falls Redevelopment Agency, the urban renewal agency for the Idaho Falls area. He also serves as an officer of the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association.
