Professional Profile
Mark S. Prusynski joined Moffatt Thomas in 1978 as a tax and estate planning attorney, but soon began concentrating on civil litigation.
Mr. Prusynski has represented clients in over 40 court and jury trials and many more mediations and arbitrations. He has appeared before the Idaho appellate courts on more than 20 cases involving each of his practice areas. He is a frequent lecturer on litigation, trial practice, and insurance.
