Professional Profile
Mr. McGreaham's practice focuses on estate planning, business formation and continuation, probate (contested and non-contested), and conservatorship and guardianship.
Mr. McGreaham joined Moffatt Thomas in 2005 after working in Spokane, Washington, at McGreaham & Nelson. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he was a financial planner for Murphey Favre and Dean Witter Reynolds. The experience gained in this profession enables him to more thoroughly understand how to integrate estate and financial planning into a life plan that completely meets the clients’ needs.
Mr. McGreaham is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Learning Lab. He has served as Cubmaster and Scoutmaster and is a merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. McGreaham was selected by his peers to be a member of the Best Lawyers in America in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
